I am a private one-to one tutor, working with families and students across economic backgrounds. The podcast provide an adequate analysis of the flaws and benefits of the outcomes. However, there are too many variables to cite this as a resources. Students in the particular target group could attend because Finally, they felt that the school cared for them. As well, targeting just the ‘academic achievement’ is to do exactly what schools are focused on in general, and not the overall learning possibilities for the Future by simply providing consistency to the teaching. I’d add, as a tutor who has taught in groups of four, and now only 1-1, nothing matches one to one, where the tutor can develop an understanding of the student, as well as bring forth from the student their areas of interest, to use that to rekindle an interest in learning. Thanks for sharing this.
